Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service
Fees charged on LegalCone are for the time and professional expertise of independent legal professionals. We do not charge for guaranteed outcomes or specific results. As such, refunds are generally not provided once a consultation service has been rendered, regardless of whether the legal opinion was favorable to your expectations.
2. Cancellation by User
- More than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel a scheduled consultation more than 24 hours before the appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund or a free rescheduling.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund, as the professional's time has been reserved.
3. Cancellation by Professional or Platform
If the assigned legal professional cancels the appointment or fails to join the consultation within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund or a priority rescheduling at no extra cost.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
5. Policy Updates
NOTE: We reserve the right to update these policies without prior notice to parties or persons involved or in conflict. It is your responsibility to review the refund terms periodically.
