A. Law Enforcement & Court Orders: We do not share data with anyone, except law enforcement agencies when compelled by a legally valid court order from a competent court. Any data sharing in such circumstances will be strictly governed by the Bar Council of India rules and regulations.

B. Privileged Communication: In accordance with the Advocate Act, 1961 and Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act, any confession made, or details provided during the consultation/counselling session are treated as Privileged Communications.

Such communications strictly remain between the Client and the Advocate. Neither the Advocate nor the Platform (LegalCone) is legally liable to disclose these privileged details to any authority, and responding to requests for such privileged information does not fall under our liability.

2. Information We Collect

To provide you with legal consultation services, we may collect the following limited information:

  • Personal Information: Name, phone number, and email address for scheduling purposes.
  • Case Details: Brief descriptions of your legal matter to assign the appropriate legal professional.
  • Technical Data: IP address and analytics data (via Google Analytics) to improve platform performance.

We uphold the maximum privacy of our users as part of the Fundamental Right to Life and Liberty (Article 21) under the Constitution of India, and we adhere to the privacy guidelines and rulings issued by the Supreme Court of India.
